Involving “non participants” in training courses

Mutually agreeing and keeping to ground rules with your course participants will help maintain good working relationships throughout the event. But what about other hidden and yet essential ground rules operating in the room? And/or invisible people or creatures who could be overlooked when you agree the ground rules?

Specifically I am thinking about:-

·        Personal Assistants

·        Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs

·        Sign Language Interpreters
